A new series is featured on the Contact North | Contact Nord faculty portal teachonline.ca, member of ICDE. It is called INTERVIEWS WITH LEADING ONLINE, OPEN AND FLEXIBLE LEARNING PRACTITIONERS – and features podcasts of interviews on the latest development and thinking in online learning.

The first feature in the series is an interview with Anka Mulder, the Vice-President  for Education and Operations at the Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands.  She presents some interesting analogies between possibilities in higher education and current corporate models such as Uber and airline alliances.

In subsequent issues of Online Learning News, they will feature interviews with experts from Switzerland, England, Germany, the European Commission, and the United States.

The international scope of these interviews forms a companion piece with a series, ONLINE LEARNING SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND RESOURCES FROM TOP PRIVATE SECTOR COMPANIES AND START-UPS FROM AROUND THE WORLD, which began a few weeks ago.  The focus on the private sector features stories on a variety of products and services that may be of interest to international readers.
