ICDE Global Doctoral Symposium 2025
The Symposium invites students and peers within the field of inclusive education to connect and learn from each other.
Event Agenda
Participants will be invited to present their current research/work and receive feedback from peers and experts. There will be an opportunity to listen to selected guest speakers with expertise in the field and the gain advice from some key members of the ICDE community.
Symposium participants are also invited to join in a pre-conference reception to continue their networking with all conference participants.

Apply for a Travel Grant by 27 May
We are excited to announce ICDE Global Doctoral Consortium Core Partner, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU), as the Symposium’s Gold Sponsor. Thanks to the contribution by HBMSU, we are able to offer the chance to apply for financial aid for symposium participants’ travel costs to the event.
Grant Eligibility
The grants will be distributed to eligible members of the ICDE Global Doctoral Consortium by the selection criteria below, and approved by the ICDE World Conference 2025 Organizing Committee
Students from disadvantaged backgrounds who contribute to a diverse demographic distribution and wide range of relevant research topics will be prioritised. Doctoral students with accepted papers at the conference will also have an additional priority.
