Permanent Secretariat
ICDE’s Permanent Secretariat is located in Oslo, Norway, where it has been hosted on a permanent basis since 1988.
The Secretariat coordinates ICDE’s global network of members, supports the organisation’s governance structures, and drives forward its mission to promote inclusive, scalable, and sustainable open and distance education worldwide.
It is led by the Secretary General and works closely with ICDE’s Board and members to deliver on the organisation’s strategic priorities.
