ICDE Prize of Excellence 2003/2004
published 14.08.09ICDE is pleased to announced that the ICDE Prizes of Excellence were awarded to two educational institutions and to a world-known professional for the highest possible excellence in the fields of distance and virtual learning. Decisions to award the ICDE Prize of Excellence were based on merit alone. No political or cultural consideration was given in connection with awarding the Prize.
