The UNESCO-COL Policy Forum, organized to examine the results of the 'Taking OER beyond the OER community' initiative, brought together decision makers in governments, institutions and funding bodies representing over 60 countries. The aim of the Policy Forum was to establish a strategy to move forward the results of this initiative to best capitalize on the use of OER for quality higher education provision.
