The International Consortium of Educational Development welcomes world-wide HE professional developers and academics interested
in participating in the 2010 ICED biennial Conference in Barcelona.
The general aim of this Conference is to become a relevant meeting point for reflecting and exchanging ideas on the basis
of the participant’s knowledge and professional experience in promoting and supporting educational development in Higher Education.
The conference theme will be Enhancing Strategies for Global Quality Learning in Higher Education, with particular focus on
quality learning, global quality and enhancing strategies (for development).
Among the keynote speakers will be Dra. Imma Tubella i Casadevall, the President of ICDE member, the Universitat Oberta de
Catalunya (Open University of Catalonia, UOC).
