The theme of the conference is Bringing Global Quality to a Local Context,

The focus of this 3rd e-learning forum will be on networked education and training, where every region and culture is keen to participate in the construction of the knowledge society and economy according to global quality standards, while preserving its own uniqueness, identity and values. 

The conference is being organized by Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University.

Keynote speakers

Speakers will include Sir John Daniel, President & CEO of the Commonwealth of Learning, and Denise Kirkpatrick, Pro Vice-Chancellor Learning, Teaching and Quality at the Open University UK and member of ICDE's Executive Committee.
