ICDE will sponsor an investigation of regulatory frameworks for distance education, and invites bids for a pilot project representing the first stage of this work from member institutions and regional associations within distance education. This pilot project is the first of a series of opportunities for ICDE's members to take the lead in high profile research initiatives which will benefit the open and distance education community worldwide.
