The 15th CIED – Brazilian International Congress of Distance Education entitled 'The Search for Innovations  in the Teaching-Learning Process: Identifying and Disseminating Innovations in Distance Education' will be held at Fortaleza, Brazil on 27-30 September 2009. Fortaleza - in the State of Ceará - is on the northern coast with direct flights from Miami and Lisbon.
