The EFQUEL Innovation Forum is organised by the European Foundation for Quality in eLearning (EFQUEL), in collaboration with Lifelong Learning Institute Dipoli at Helsinki University of Technology (TKK Dipoli).

The theme of the Forum is “Fostering Quality through Creative Learnscapes”, learnscapes being the ecosystems for informal learning.
