A Global Forum on Cross-Border Higher Education entitled ‘Global Connections – Local Impacts: Best Practices, Models and
Policies for Cross-Border Higher Education’, will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 21-24 October 2009.
The organisers are The Observatory on Borderless Higher Education and the University of Nottingham, Malaysia, who aim to
offer a venue for global colleagues to discuss ideas, strategies and best practices in internationalism and cross-border higher
education.
