Published 07.08.09OER Africa is an innovative project, headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, under the auspices of SAIDE. Established in February 2008, the project has since formalised various relationships with institutions in Africa and abroad, who are interested in promulgating the development and use of use of Open Educational Resources by and for African institutions of higher education.
