Symbiosis International Conference update

The Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning has recently announced the keynote speakers to present at its International Conference in February next year in India. A brochure, detailing the registration procedure, programme and conference themes, has also been published.


The Symbiosis International Conference will be held 21-23 February, 2011, in Pune, India. The core theme of the conference is Open and Distance Learning as a Key Growth Driver for Socio-Economic Development, with the following sub-themes; ICT, Quality, Governance, Student Support Services and Sustainable Development. 

The Inaugural address will be given by Shri. Kapil Sibal, Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, and the Valedictory address will be given by Sir John Daniel, President and CEO, Commonwealth of Learning, Vancouver.
