SCOP 2013 is very meaningful to ICDE and Universidade Aberta. It has been 20 years since the first SCOP meeting was launched in Lisbon with the support of Universidade Aberta. 20 years later, Universidade Aberta is hosting the 20th SCOP 2013 in Lisbon, Portugal while celebrating their 25th anniversary of the university's establishment.
The SCOP 2013 meeting will be organized in association with the European Distance and E- learning Network (EDEN), offering
a valuable collaboration to ICDE. The meeting will also include the yearly ICDE Policy Forum and the meeting for Presidents.
The Title of the conference is Leadership in the Time of Openness: Sustainable visions, Innovative Strategies and Creative
business models.
