Many of the activities described in the Strategic Plan are under development and some are already being implemented. In most cases, ICDE’s Executive has to approve a detailed course of action before the Secretariat is given the green light to publish details, but I note below what stage we are at with each of the activities currently under development: - Project on the Regulatory Framework of Distance Education– pilot announced and will be up-scaled in 2011.
