I would like to know if a particular distance learning institute which is saying that they are registered with you on their website is actually a member before I enrole on one of their courses.

ICDE is a membership organisation and does not provide accreditation services to institutions. We cannot therefore confirm whether an individual institution will provide you with a recognized, quality course of study.
