The Message board is an open forum allowing ICDE members, regional and national associations and other actors within open and distance education to interact, provide exposure to their activities, and communicate with the ICDE Secretariat. It is also envisaged that fora will be launched on specific subjects, chaired by leading figures and designed to bring discussions to a wider audience, for consultation, brainstorming and consensus building.

Information submitted through this channel may also be published elsewhere on the website in order to increase its visibility.
