*Applications for membership received during the period 1 April - 31 December are eligible for an additional discount equivalent to the number of months of the year already passed. The date of receipt of an individual application, or of approval of an institution's, educational authority's or corporation's application will apply, and discount will be given for complete months only. By completing and submitting the application form, the applicant enters into a commitment to pay the appropriate membership fee. To withdraw from the membership of ICDE, a member must notify ICDE in writing of their intention to do so by the last day of June of the year preceding the new membership year.
** Institutions from low-income, lower-middle-income and upper-middle-income economies according to World Bank Country income criteria are eligible for 15% discount.
Member institutions of African Virtual University (AVU) and partner institutions participating in the Multinational Project II A are eligible for 75% discount on the 2013 membership fee when joining as a new member in 2013.
