Hosted by Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), the 2009 Standing Conference of Presidents will be based around the theme of Quality in the context of the financial crisis, and be composed of both keynote sessions and parallel workshops. ICDE willl also consult delegates on the final stages of the ICDE strategic plan, work on which was heavily influenced by input from discussions at SCOP 2008 in Shanghai.
