NADE Annual Conference: Disruptive education 2012

ICDE associate member, the Norwegian Association for Distance Education (NADE-NFF), will be hosting the Disruptive Education conference which will take place in Fornebu, Norway on 12-13 November 2012.

 

Clayton Christensen, who is recognized worldwide for his theories on disruptive innovations, will be one of the renowned keynote speakers at the event.

Clayton Christensen is the author of "Disrupting Class: How Disruptive Innovation Will Change the Way the World Learns” and “The Innovative University: Changing the DNA of Higher Education from the Inside Out." At the NADE Annual Conference, he will discuss various topics including:

  • How will online learning transform our education system?
  • How should we meet the post-industrial information society's need for knowledge, skills, entrepreneurship and innovation?
  • What are the challenges educators facing now and how should we overcome the challenges?
