International Association of University Presidents Triennial

The International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) hosts a gathering of chief executive officers from universities around the world every three years. The theme of this year's conference, which will be held 17-20 June in New York, USA, immediately prior to the ICDE Standing Conference of Presidents meeting, is Building Bridges through Education.

The 16th IAUP Triennial will feature a keynote address by United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. In addition to presentations from featured speakers and contributed papers from university presidents, the Triennial encourages small group discussions between chief executive officers and social networking.

Membership in IAUP and participation at its Triennials are limited to the presidents, rectors and vice-chancellors from accredited colleges and universities offering a baccalaureate degree or higher.
