ICDE has signed a cooperation agreement with The Organisation of the American States (OAS) , the regional cooperation body covering all the American countries from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego. Through this, ICDE is OAS’ special adviser in the education and ICT field, and a partner to identify and implement important cultural and distance education initiatives and projects in the continent.
