The Eurasian Open Institute (EOI) was founded in 1998. The Institute focuses on providing training and education of experts
in the areas of marketing, management, economics and information technology. The Eurasian Open Institute is the recognized
leader in the implementation of e-learning and innovative management of knowledge in higher education of Russian Federation.
Today, EOI has 3500 students including over 35000 listeners and 85 post-graduate students. The wide regional network of EOI
includes 9 branches and 75 partner organizations in Russia and the CIS countries.
EOI strictly follows the government educational standards, and all learning specialties have the government accreditation.
All branch offices and partnership organizations of EOI work according to the common standards and technologies in order to
offer high quality education to students.
In addition, EOI actively collaborates with state institutions of higher education which are constituents of The International Consortium “Electronic University” and also with educational and methodological associations (EMA) which define the educational standards of various specialities.
EOI is a member of recognized professional organizations such as the Central and East European Management Development Association (CEEMAN), the European Foundation for Quality in E-learning (EFQUEL), Russian Association of Marketing (RAM) and Association of non-state universities in the Russian Federation (ANVUZ).
