Led by the Vice President of Shanghai TV University, Xu Hao, the delegation  recently visited both the ICDE Secretariat and the Norwegian Association for Distance Education (NADE) in Oslo as part of a study tour to Norway.

Pictured here at the offices of ICDE is the STVU delegation, which also included the President of Qingpu Branch School, Xu Hongsheng, and Vice President of the Putuo Branch School, Wang Shiming. The delegation was welcomed by ICDE Secretary General Carl Holmberg and, together with representatives from NADE, participated in a morning of presentations and discussions.
